Design
Our modern Mastercam CAD/CAM system enables us to actively advise clients right from the development and design phases and to manufacture complex free-form surfaces.
Toolmaking
In this area, we rigorously employ modern CNC technology. CNC turning, CNC milling, spark-erosion dye-sinking and high-precision grinding are the methods for optimised tool production. In the area of CNC turning, we also carry out customer orders.
Plastic injection moulding
Many years of experience in plastics and modern, computer-controlled injection moulding machines enable us to make high-precision plastic parts from reinforced and unreinforced thermoplastics. On our 15 injection moulding machines with locking forces from 15-120 tonnes, we manufacture plastic components with weights ranging from under 1 gramme to 150 grammes.
CNC turned components
We manufacture gaskets and other high-precision round parts using machining production processes on the very latest CNC machines.
